Two neighbors, one stubborn espresso machine
We opened in 2019 with a rebuilt 1987 lever machine, twelve bags of a friend's roast, and a theory that Old Town wanted a place to slow down. Seven years later the machine's still pulling shots, the roast is still small-batch, and the regulars have become friends who happen to have tabs.
Everything baked here is made in the back, before sunrise, by people you can wave at through the door.
